Peaking LVP, telegraphing seams, and hollow tile almost always start in the subfloor. We find highs and lows, fix squeaks and soft spots, and leave a surface the finish product can sit on. Prep is quoted clearly so you are not buying a pretty floor on a bad base.

Not always — but we check every job. Skipping prep is how floors fail early.
Can you fix squeaks?
Often yes, by fastening or repairing from above or below depending on access.
Is leveling included in install quotes?
When we quote a full install, needed prep is part of the written price. Standalone prep is quoted on its own.
How long does prep take?
From a few hours for a room to a day or more for a full house — depends on what we find.
How soon can you come out?
